First four day trip of the summer underway
The crew have set off this morning from UKSA (The Ellen MacArthur Trust's operational base) to spend the day sailing in the Solent before spending tonight in Yarmouth Harbour on the Isle of Wight.
Yesterday evening was spent getting to know the boat, going through the safety brief with the skipper, and then cooking dinner before participating in a game of water polo in the UKSA pool.
The crews spent the night on the yachts at UKSA, where the three youngest members Elize (12) , Hannah (10) and Maxine (13) where rumoured to have been chatting late into the night!
